Swimming Pool

**Please note our Swimming Pool is closed during the winter months**

The outdoor pool is located at the rear of the property, overlooking the majestic Swan River, and surrounded by a private courtyard. It’s the ideal place to relax, whether your stay with us is for business or pleasure! With outdoor lounge furniture and an undercover courtyard, you can enjoy a beverage or light snack while relaxing in the beautiful surroundings of the pool.

Guests have exclusive access to the outdoor pool. It is open from 9:00am until 7:00pm (during Summer months).

Pool Use - Conditions of Entry

1. The Pool is strictly for the responsible use and enjoyment of in-house guests only.
2. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
3. No rough play or running around the Pool.
4. No diving into the Pool.
5. No glassware is permitted into Pool area.
6. Our reception must be notified when guests intend to use the Pool.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests are to use the pool at their own risk. Swan River Hotel does not accept any responsibility or liability for any injuries sustained by guests.
