CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am on the day of departure. Early Check-in & Late Check-Out is available at extra cost and is subject to availability. Contact reception for further details on 08 9429 8088.
Accommodation is required to be paid on arrival along with the additional bond of AUD $500.00 in order to check-in to your room, accepted to be paid be Cash, Eftpos or Credit Card.
Bond is refundable upon departure after a room inspection and account clearance. A photo ID (Australian Driver’s License or Passport of any country) is required at check in. Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of such incidental payment guarantees.
Note: Room bond paid through Eftpos or Credit Card can take upto 15 working days to come back to your account.
Hotel Cancellation Policy is 24 hours in advance (by 2pm) prior to the date of arrival. Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival will charged for one night stay. Contact hotel reception for further detail.
SMOKING / VAPING / FIRE ALARMS
All the rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed at certain areas in the hotel and at least 6mtrs away from the rooms wing. Any evidence of smoking or vaping (including odour) will attract a cleaning fee of AUD $500.00.
Additional charge of up to AUD $1400 costs will be incurred by the guest if alarms are activated & Fire Brigade attends. Contact Hotel Reception for further details.
LIABILITY & CHARGES
Total liability for any loss/damage including but not limited to appliances, furniture, keys, fittings, fixtures and any unsettled charges by your Booking Agent or Company is of the person signing the registration card.
All Check-ins are subject to $500.00 room deposit bond. Additional charges will be charged to your account and payment will be taken off the bond security and/or the credit card for: AUD $30.00 per lost room key, AUD $150.00 cleaning of excessively dirty room, AUD $500.00 for smoking or vaping (including odour) in the room.
The Hotel does not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen and/or damaged items whatsoever.
